Shipping policy

Processing

For waist Beads and accessories, please allow 1-10 days for processing of orders, and 4-5 days for your item to reach your state. If you are ordering a wig, processing time for is 10-14 days for production and 4-5 days for shipping. All orders will be shipped via USPS.

In Store Pickup

If you choose to pick up from store, you are responsible for picking your order up from the address 418 Oak Lane Rd. Phila PA 19126, within 3-10 days after submitting your oder. Email KwashieAmbrosia@gmail.com or text (267) 961-5862‬ to schedule an appropriate pickup time. It is not a guarantee that someone will be available to tie your beads in store, instructions on tying beads are listed on the website under FAQ. 

Incorrect Addresses

If your package was mailed to the wrong address at no fault of our own, we accept zero liability & will not refund. If it is returned to sender, we can ship it back out if you provide the accurate address & pay a $6.95 reshipment fee. If you opt to not have your package reshipped, you will not receive a refund. If you chose priority mail as your shipping option, you are free to file a dispute with USPS with the tracking number provided. If you recognize you provided an incorrect address email KwashieAmbrosia@gmail.com to correct the address (address correction must be similar to incorrect address provided or order will be refunded). 

 

Stolen Packages

We are NOT responsible for packages after they have been marked delivered. If your package is missing after being marked delivered, contact USPS & file a claim using your tracking number. We offer a signature confirmation shipping option to ensure the safety of your package for an additional fee. If you decline this option, you assume full responsibility for your package after it is marked delivered. We highly recommend purchasing signature confirmation if you reside in an area with a high incidence of stolen packages.
